My paintings are about the landscape I live in around Lismore, northern NSW, Australia. I mostly paint in oil, however sometimes I paint in acrylic paint on paper for quick sketches which I do on site, and sometime I draw on site depends on my mood or time.

In 2008 I moved to Lismore from Sydney after I completed a Bachelor Degree in Fine arts in 2007, at the National Art School Sydney. Where I had the privilege of spending 3 marvellous years of learning with some of the best artists in the country, and where Drawing and Art History was compulsory. I majored in Painting, minored in sculpture.

I completed my Diploma of Education at the Southern Cross University, Lismore campus and now teach visual arts at high school . In between teaching, as I only teach casual, I paint in my backyard studio.

Recently along with landscape paintings I started to paint animal portraits i.e. stud bulls and horse, in the hope of acquiring commissions as I'm not teaching at the moment because the department in their wisdom decided to make 4th term off limits to casuals... this means I have 10 weeks plus christmas holidays with no pay arrrrg scary. So if there are any farmers, stud owners, breeders, who would like to commission me to do a painting and immortalise forever their pride and joy, send me an email.
